Workshop Overview:

Achieving a successful inspection outcome is a key focus for all education providers within further education and skills. The inspection nominee, and their leadership of the inspection process, is crucial to the success of any inspection. Effective nominees have the skills to ensure their organisations have every opportunity to showcase their strengths whilst working constructively with the inspection team to plan the inspection collaboratively. This workshop will inspire and challenge you and ultimately develop the essential leadership skills to manage the inspection process. During this one-day face-to-face workshop, you will work with two expert trainers who have previously worked as His Majesty’s Inspectors and key members of the Ofsted national training team. Your colleagues will look to you for guidance before, during and after inspection - this workshop will equip you with the skills and confidence to be a highly effective inspection nominee.
