Our Group Director of Estates & Facilities will provide strategic and operational leadership to our estates service, guiding the departmental team in creating a safe, sustainable, and positive environment across our college campuses for students and staff, while ensuring the learner remains at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will identify and prioritise capital projects across the estate, seek and secure external funding opportunities and project manage significant refurbishment or new build projects.

With recent experience in a leadership role within estates and/or facilities management, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful strategic and project planning. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations, building codes and environmental regulations, along with experience in securing external funding for projects.

The successful candidate will be part of The Group’s senior leadership team and will be part of providing a clear vision and strategies to improve the student experience and work at pace to achieve this.

To succeed in this role, you will come to us as an expert senior leader with experience in managing major projects and effectively handling all that comes with those, such as budgets, project plans, Health & Safety etc., and possess highly ambitious leadership.

You will be coming to TBCG at an extremely exciting period of change, with our new CEO having commenced in January this year with a passionate commitment to, and vision of excellence that will take us forward in the next stage of TBCG’s evolution.
