Executive Leadership Team Development Programme

FE Associates new Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Development Programme has been designed with a specific focus on:

• Building cohesive senior leadership teams.
• Providing the space and time to press the
  pause button.
• Ensuring team members know, understand
  and appreciate their colleagues.
• Creating a shared understanding of the
  unique ambitions, perspectives and
  preferred ways of working among team
  members.

Through four facilitated one-day workshops and individual one-to-one coaching support, executive leadership teams will gain individual and team insights, build honest, caring and trusting relationships, create a unified team purpose and vision, position themselves to work more effectively across the organisations they lead and ensure they are well connected to the internal and external worlds of Further Education and Skills.

Larry Shulman (Programme Facilitator and Director)

Larry Shulman, MBA, FCIPD, is a seasoned executive coach and leadership consultant with over thirty years of experience. Accredited by the EMCC and holding an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge, Larry specialises in guiding leaders to exceed their goals through challenging questions and innovative strategies. He works with senior leaders across sectors, helping them achieve transformative change and surpass organisational objectives.

Dame Sally Dicketts DBE (Programme Coach)

Dame Sally DBE is one of the Further Education and Skills sector’s most recognised leadership experts. As the former CEO of Activate Learning, she grew one of the largest education groups in the country. Through her current work as a leadership development trainer, coach and Non-Executive Director, she is recognised as a leading developer of people and cultures. Dame Sally DBE is currently Chair of the sexual health charity Brooke. She chairs Learning with Parents and also sits on the Boards of the University of Bradford and Royal Holloway University.
