Lisa Portland is a senior education leader with extensive management experience across multiple educational institutions, having recently added executive coaching to her skill set. Throughout her broad and challenging career, she has led complex operations with significant scope and responsibility, successfully managing curriculum development across multiple campuses, overseeing large teams, and being responsible for numerous young and adult learners. Her leadership experience includes serving on senior management teams, representing various curriculum areas, and handling campus-wide responsibilities such as health and safety compliance, safeguarding, and strategic planning.

Lisa has specialised in organisational transformation and change management, implementing accountability frameworks, streamlining systems, and developing innovative curriculum offerings aligned with industry needs. She has demonstrated exceptional project management skills through leading diverse cross-college initiatives. Lisa’s strengths lie in understanding the challenges of middle management and navigating both operational and strategic roles. Her coaching ethos is instrumental in helping everyone she coaches reach their full potential, providing insightful guidance and mentorship.
