Through honest reflections from past participants Craig Hanlon-Smith and Jo Kershaw and insights from our expert facilitators, these short videos reveal what makes the programme so transformational: a rare space for senior leaders to step back, reflect deeply and lead more authentically.
If you’re ready to challenge old patterns, grow self-awareness and lead with greater purpose and clarity, this series is for you.

Cohort Two launches in January 2026 at Novotel Birmingham Centre.
Leading Authentically is a senior leadership development programme tailored specifically for leaders in the education sector. Across five in-person workshops, a 1-to-1 onboarding session, and peer networking opportunities, participants explore how both conscious and unconscious aspects of themselves shape how they “show up” at workโenhancing authenticity, leadership impact, and team well-being.
Facilitated by Paul Wakeling, a leadership consultant and former college Principal, and Sarah Miller, a psychoanalyst and organisational expert, this programme blends practical leadership insights with deep psychological understanding to deliver meaningful and lasting transformation.
