Introduction

We are looking for a collaborative and credible senior leader with substantial experience of leading organisation-wide digital transformation in a complex organisation. You will bring strong strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen and the ability to advise and influence executive teams and boards on digital strategy, investment and risk.

The successful candidate will be curious, innovative and resilient, with a strong track record of leading culture change, raising workforce digital skills and developing high-performing teams. You will communicate complex digital issues clearly, build support across the organisation and show a clear commitment to the College’s mission, values, equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding.
