Bolton College – Director of People Strategy & Culture

At Bolton College, our focus is simple, delivering outstanding experiences and outcomes for our students. As we continue our ambitious transformation, we are looking for an exceptional Director of People Strategy & Culture to join our newly formed Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Principal, you’ll work alongside senior executive colleagues to shape the strategic direction of the College. This is much more than a HR leadership role; you will be a visible, collaborative leader contributing across the whole organisation while driving a modern People Strategy that supports high performance, organisational transformation and educational excellence. We are looking for an agile leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change and can provide confidence during times of uncertainty. You will simplify processes, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy and champion pragmatic solutions that keep students at the centre of every decision.

We are seeking a senior HR leader with experience of leading organisational change, influencing at Executive or Board level and developing high-performing teams. You will be collaborative, credible and resilient, with the confidence to challenge, negotiate and inspire others while working as part of our united Executive Team.
