We Did: We now provide a recommended minimum word count to guide you, so you can fully showcase your experience, skills and achievements. In addition, you now have the option to review all your information before submitting your application, giving you confidence that everything is complete and accurate. These updates make it easier to present yourself clearly while maintaining the high standards we expect in leadership appointments.

You Said: You wanted reassurance that your application had been successfully submitted.

We Did: Once you submit your application, you’ll immediately see a confirmation message on our website letting you know it’s been received and explaining the next steps in the recruitment process. You’ll also get a confirmation email thanking you for applying and outlining what happens next. If you’d like a copy of your submitted application for your records, instructions are included. These updates make it easier for you to feel confident and informed throughout the process.
