Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Deputy Principal who will play a key role driving the organisation’s strategic priority of improving the quality of education
across the College.

As Deputy Principal, you will lead our efforts in quality assurance and improvement, ensuring that our students achieve their individual best. You will work
closely with the Group Principal and Corporation, and will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across the
College. The postholder will have responsibility for formulating and implementing strategic plans for ongoing quality improvements with regards to our
curriculum offer and outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have significant high-level experience and expertise of improving teaching and learning within the FE
Sector, and be a current or recent Ofsted Inspector.

You should have a strong track record of leadership and management in Further Education, and be strongly committed to working within the College’s social values
and ethos. You must have integrity, experience, expertise, and demonstrate a passion for education, and for working with learners to help them achieve their
maximum potential. You will also need to have the ability to inspire trust and confidence in our staff, learners and stakeholders.

This role presents a key opportunity for an individual with vision, drive, determination, resilience and enthusiasm to play a key leadership role in raising educational
standards and outcomes to enhance social mobility. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Your expertise in driving quality initiatives and enhancing curriculum development will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellence. In this influential role, you will lead a number of senior colleagues and the Centre Principals at each of our five Colleges. Experience as an Ofsted inspector would be highly desirable, as it would provide invaluable insights into the inspection process and help us align our practices with the highest standards of educational provision.
