Permanent Recruitment and Executive Search

Alongside our interim leadership and management services, we are proud to offer permanent recruitment solutions from senior executive level roles down to middle management roles.

Commencing with assessing and advising on a suitable candidate profile to fit requirements, we will hand-hold our customer throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle. Depending on those requirements, our experienced specialist FE recruiters will tailor their approach and methodology to suit. During the resourcing phase we will rely heavily on our FE Associates' employed staff’s network, in addition to utilising relevant advertising media and executive searches, to identify and propose the most appropriate talent in the marketplace. We will coordinate our customer’s interview process, reference checking, and negotiate any employment offers to successful closure, managing both customer and candidate’s expectations from start to finish. Our permanent recruitment solutions service the same roles as listed in the Interim Leadership and Management Solutions above, but on a permanent employment basis.

We recently engaged FEA to support the appointment of two senior posts in Curriculum and Quality.  FEA were able to access candidates who were not currently seeking alternative work and secure their application to the roles.  In both examples the fields provided were of a high quality.
