Collaborative Leadership Workshop

This two-day in-house workshop has been designed for organisations in the Further Education and Skills sector to bring their whole leadership teams together to drive collaboration, curiosity and creativity. The workshop is ideal for organisations wishing to create a shared sense of purpose and a culture of learning and will enable leaders and managers to implement new tools and techniques to drive leadership collaboration and effectiveness.

With a clear focus on driving and enabling collaboration, the workshop has been designed to strengthen individual and team relationships and to allow leaders to build new networks and strengthen the ones they already have. Through a range of highly interactive and engaging approaches, the workshop will enable participants to focus on their leadership practice and expand their leadership thinking.

The leadership and implementation of change and by using a range of creative learning strategies, participants will come away with strategies for successfully enabling change within their teams.

Prior to designing the workshop, our team of trainers will work with you to ensure the content is well aligned to your organisation’s ambitions and priorities for the future.

This is an in-house workshop for whole organisation leadership and management teams. Typically, senior leaders and middle leaders will work on this workshop together to foster a culture of collaboration across the whole leadership and management structure of the organisation.

The workshop can also be delivered to individual functional teams or departments to drive and strengthen collaboration and to refresh and reset cultures.

Matt Atkinson

FEA Managing Director, Matt Atkinson, is one of the Further Education and Skills sector’s leading practitioners of leadership development. In his role he has worked with over 1,000 sector leaders on development programmes and has delivered bespoke leadership solutions to many sector organisations. Matt has over twenty-five years’ experience as a sector leader and has worked in a range of senior positions including CEO/Principal. He is currently Chair of the Board of Governors at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College.

Dame Sally Dicketts DBE

Dame Sally DBE is one of the Further Education and Skills sector’s most recognised leadership experts. As the former CEO of Activate Learning, she grew one of the largest education groups in the country. Through her current work as a leadership development trainer, coach and Non-Executive Director, she is recognised as a leading developer of people and cultures. Dame Sally DBE is currently Chair of the sexual health charity Brooke. She chairs Learning with Parents and also sits on the Boards of the University of Bradford and Royal Holloway University.
