Introduction
Helping People Flourish
The Peabody Academy was established in March 2023 as an employer provider, with the aim of delivering high-quality apprenticeships, compliance training and learning and development programmes for our employees. We are committed to the professionalisation of the housing sector, ensuring our people develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver the best possible services to residents. As part of this, we are ambitious about our future growth and are working towards becoming a main provider, which would enable us to deliver training to external organisations. Our long-term vision is to extend our provision even further, making high-quality education and skills training accessible to Peabody residents, empowering them with opportunities to progress in their careers.
For this key role we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead to drive the strategic direction and operational management of our educational programmes. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment (TLA), shaping innovative educational practices and enhancing the quality of the student experience. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff development within the academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, TLA practices, quality assurance and for someone who wants to be at the heart of an organisation that is making a real difference.
