Our vision is to be the best provider of sixth form education in South East London, with a reputation for excellence with students, parents, schools and members of the wider community. We have a comprehensive student in take and offer courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Our aim is for all our students to make excellent progression to the next level; our progression rates to university or work are very high and we generally achieve good A Level, BTEC and GCSE outcomes.

The Sixth Form College has extended our work, having taken over two 16-19 schools. Throughout this time, our mission and ethos has remained at the heart of all we do. We are therefore seeking a high-calibre, senior level resources leader who has worked in an organisation of similar complexity. We are looking for a skilled professional, who will lead on our people strategy ensuring that the Sixth Form’s strategic aims are supported and enabled through the provision of an effective and efficient Human Resource service.

As well as making sure we deliver excellent people-focused services, this role will also work collaboratively to champion a culture of positivity, equality, diversity and inclusivity. As part of the College Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward the strategic direction of Christ the King Sixth Forms through a wide range of activity from staff engagement to staff wellbeing.
