We want our new Vice Principal to share and promote this philosophy as well as leading on innovation in learning that equips people of all ages with lifelong skills and knowledge that will benefit both them and society.

The role of Vice Principal for Curriculum and Quality is a new senior post holder role in our structure and the appointee will use their expertise and successful track record in further education and skills to impact positively on all aspects of education, training and the learner experience. We are looking for an accomplished senior leader who is able to lead an agenda of excellence across our A level and vocational provision across multiple sites; someone who can build on our success in adult education and contribute to the strategic development of the College’s full curriculum portfolio.

We are looking for a leader who is a real team player, someone who enjoys working collaboratively whilst being very comfortable with the responsibility and accountability required to ensure the College succeeds. We are a very inclusive college, where our staff work hard to ensure that no learner is left behind and we expect our new Vice Principal to work with this sense of inclusion and commitment.
