Introduction

Our new Director of Curriculum and Learner Success will play a key role in sustaining and improving our responsiveness to learners, employers and communities. Reporting to, and deputising for, the Principal and Chief Executive, the post holder will use their expert leadership abilities to ensure our learners get the very best experience through a modern, economy-relevant and high-quality curriculum. You will be a highly experienced leader of people who has the ability to inspire our dedicated and talented staff to ensure that excellence flows through everything we do.

In this role, we will need you to provide strategic leadership to give our learners the very best experience through a modern, economy relevant, high-quality curriculum, as well as providing motivational leadership to a team of highly dedicated professionals to ensure that excellence flows through our curriculum design and delivery.
